Enota : Skorba Village Center
 Near Ptuj, the oldest municipality in Slovenia, the small village of Skorba seems to have served as an airstrip for a mysterious UFO. It is actually an open-air 300 square-meter church designed by the local Enota agency, both a place of worship and gathering for locals. If Skorba was once a town all that is "normal", the gentrification and growth of cities in the region have helped to dilute its limits. Intercalated between two industrial zones, it becomes, according to the architects "A suburban suburb". How to revive this forgotten village while gathering its inhabitants? Thanks to a structure in his image: atypical.
The one-storey triangular construction, reminiscent of Japanese origami, includes a covered preaching space, facing two oblique sections that seem to rise to the heavens, where the seats of the faithful are installed. An aerial treatment of the stands that echoes the spirituality of this space. An organic realization in white concrete that contrasts with the local rural landscape.
