Organized in strips along a park bordering the parcel, the operation consists of a building with 26 apartments and 4 townhouses. On the street, the gray brick facade protects privacy inhabitants, and drove a few berries on theater
the lobby or stairwells. Coté garden facade opens wider, increasing the loggias. The town house are they backed the party wall and have private patios.
