The house Bigwood Olson Kundig was designed to integrate the relief of its site. It was at Ketchum Idaho in the USA as the building rises overlooking a barren slope. The house is thoroughly modern, tries to settle gently on the side of the mountain with a gently sloping roof. Piles supporting the volumes cantilever allowing the building to remain above the snow level.

Just like its name: Contemporay Design Meets Brutalist Architecture, the exhibition organizing the meeting between the collection that mixes traditional design and new technologies to the brutalist building conceptualized by Vladimir and Vera Machonin in 1970.
