Media agency based in Amsterdam, has used MediaXplain I29 Interior Architects and VMX Architects to design and develop their new offices. Ideally located with a view of the old port of Amsterdam, the building opens to the outside with its façade made of glass panels.

The Arts District of Dubai (UAE), established in 2007, supports artistic initiatives in the region. It hosts more than 25 galleries. This industrial area has recently been invested by the multifunctional cultural space Concrete directed by the OMA, which meets the growing need of the site to provide a place of public display that can host an eclectic program.

The house Bigwood Olson Kundig was designed to integrate the relief of its site. It was at Ketchum Idaho in the USA as the building rises overlooking a barren slope. The house is thoroughly modern, tries to settle gently on the side of the mountain with a gently sloping roof. Piles supporting the volumes cantilever allowing the building to remain above the snow level.

After a guest appearance at the Interieur Biennale in Kortrijk, Studio Dessuant Bone presents a new collection in collaboration with the company Allaert Aluminium: Industrial Art. The Day Bed combines glass to aluminum for a frank and minimalist outcome.

The Czech glass factory Bomma revealed its new collection of lighting modeled by six local designers during a show in their embassy in Berlin. Just like its name: Contemporay Design Meets Brutalist Architecture, the exhibition organizing the meeting between the collection that mixes traditional design and new technologies to the brutalist building conceptualized by Vladimir and Vera Machonin in 1970.

Snarkitecture imagined a lamp combining a light bulb and a candle placed over a glass capsule. A poetic approach around the light where the wax flows and is deposited to cover the lamp. The room is living and evolving behind the wax light is growing dim and diffuse.
